- Feb 28, 2022
Spec Ops Tools announced a new partnership with the Green Beret Foundation (GBF), becoming a Force Multiplier to provide critical resources and funding to support the U.S. Army Special Forces Regiment and its families. The partnership will align both companies under one mission: to never forget those who serve us and never fail those we do.
Spec Ops Tools and Green Beret Foundation will collaborate on honorary events such as the 4th Annual Fallen Heroes Memorial Shooting Competition, Riverboating for Green Berets, and the 5th Annual SIG SAUER and Special Forces event, among others. The two companies will also join forces to work with transitioning veterans via seminars, career programs, and internship opportunities.
Brent Cooper, Executive Director of the Green Beret Foundation, states, “We are proud to collaborate with Spec Ops Tools, which enables us to continue to serve as the premier nonprofit supporting all generations of U.S. Army Special Forces Regiment and its families. It is companies like Spec Ops that through their gracious and generous support and that of their customers, we can broaden awareness of the ongoing needs of the Green Beret community to reduce the burden of all of life’s transitions.”
Founded by veteran Gary Blanchette in 2018, Spec Ops Tools was inspired by the workers, the soldiers, the makers, and the millions of Americans who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. Built on the determination of a team of veterans, Spec Ops’ military ties and mission for social good is woven into its main cause by giving 3% of the sales from each purchase to aid veterans and first responders. Spec Ops Tools reveres the legacy and strives to uphold the standards of the U.S. Special Operations Forces with every tool created, donation made, and veteran employed.
“We are honored and humbled to be partnering with The Green Beret Foundation as they continue their mission of providing support to U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers and their families. We hope that through our combined efforts we can inspire more companies and individuals to make a concerted effort and commitment to support our nation’s greatest heroes,” said Gary Blanchette, President of Spec Ops Tools.
